Join a passionate, founder-led fragrance brand on its mission to disrupt the premium fragrance market. Build on your background in luxury brand marketing to direct strategy and drive campaigns for a growing global brand.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the company’s Stoke-on-Trent office.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and drive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, grow sales, and foster global customer loyalty
– Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns and content creation, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging and visual identity
– Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and deliver successful product launches
– Lead and inspire the marketing team, providing direction and development while managing budget and resource allocation
– Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
– Monitor performance using data-driven insights to refine and maximize ROI across all marketing efforts
