Pantone Announces Its Color of the Year 2025: Mocha Mousse

The Pantone Color Institute, creator of the Pantone Color of the Year educational program with the aim to engage the design community and color enthusiasts around the world, has announced its Pantone Color of the Year 2025: PANTONE 17-1230 Mocha Mousse.

According to the Institute, “The color we select to be the Pantone Color of the Year is the one we see building in importance across all areas of design. It is the color that has the ability to communicate the color message that best reflects what is happening in our global culture at a specific moment in time; the color we see crossing all areas of design, serving as an expression of a mood and an attitude; the color that reflects what people are looking for, and what qualities they feel they need that color can hope to answer.”
